Known by locals as "BAM" this place produces some incredible shows, for instance Cate Blanchett in "A Streetcar Named Desire". I've seen some great things here and would highly recommend checking it out while you're in town.

Nice place to stay but we left some clothes behind, called an hour later and they were gone. Never got them back. Had the Warldorf Salad in the Bull & Bear restaurant

LOVE this part of town - such a great vibe... combo of hipster, hippy and just overall one of the coolest places I've ever been. Been years since I was in the city, so I've forgotten restaurants, but you can stumble into spot there and have a very New York experience ;)

This is a very sad but very interesting museum that highlights the plights of turn-of-the-century immigrants in NYC.

This place has the largest sandwiches and some darn good chopped chicken liver. It’s my favorite hometown deli.

Even if it was only a 5ft sandwich of death, it would still be taller than you.

Nearly got hit by this bull in my car cause he was running in the wrong lane. Total Bull.

While viewing the bull, we saw film crews for Selling New York the TV show and were able to talk to them.

check out staten island ferry several blocks from there (free) to get a great view at the financial district

Get the Double Eagle Steak!!! Must be accompanied by a friend to eat because it's a lot, but it's great!

Try their Double Eagle Steak. It's the best!

Steak doesn't get any better than here!

Still trying to figure out how and where they put the Christmas tree.

Go all the way to the top of the deck for an amazing view of Central Park and the upper west/east sides.
