If you've time, take a drive outside of Dublin to the south west of Ireland. The Ring of Kerry is one of the most scenic and beautiful areas of Ireland. It's a long drive down there, but you'll see that it is worth it once you arrive. Heard great things about the Cliffs but I think that's a little far if you are just visiting Dublin. It's a good place to visit if you head to Galway.

This was one of the most impressive sights I've seen. You can walk right up to the edge (no railings) and look down towards the water crashing against the cliff. You're up so high, that the seagulls flying down by the water look like fruit flies.

One of the most ridiculously beautiful places I've ever been. I half-wanted to cancel the rest of my trip 'round Ireland and use the time to stay here instead.
