Loved it. Not the best beach for swimming and the sand is volcanic so it's greyish. But awesome atmosphere and has many clubs around like the Monkey bar.

We had fun here, great atmosphere. Kids had surfing lessons from Surf Jaco enjoyed them a lot. Pretty big waves, not great for swimming.

Fun to wander the streets. Stayed at Hotel Mismaloya.

they filmed night of the iguana here. a movie with elizabeth taylor and she lived in puerta vallarta for awhile with richard burton

I've been to Washington, D.C. several tmes, but I've never been able to get inside the Whitehouse. One of these days!

If you have some connections do the West Wing tour over the East wing. Its more exclusive and you get to see the cool stuff!

Take some time to take a stroll on the mall

There's nothing like strolling around the Mall when you're in a pensive mood. With the White House to the north, the Capitol to the east, and the Supreme Court just beyond that, you are truly in the center of the western world. It's a very powerful feeling.

Wonderful place for a morning walk!!

We went to the Empire State Building late at night (maybe 11 or 11:30). We walked down after we saw Jersey Boys. It was perfect because there were no lines....but you could see all the ropes for the queues, and they went on forever!!

I enjoyed it. I see all of my repeated attempts at recommendations have now shown up. Wish I could remove them.
