Haven't been here yet, but hear great things about it. Sort of like a Disneyland for science. It's highly interactive and fun with more than one person, so it's perfect for you and your partner!

Built in the shape of a fireman's hose as a memorial to firefighters from the 1906 earthquake. You can either drive or walk to the top of the hill then climb the tower.

Good to visit and scour for interesting finds but wouldn't live here

Must visit but feel sorry for the neighbors. Wonder if the city gives them some type of financial stipend for putting up with tourist.

Several times and always fun

Wide beaches which stretch for miles yet close to restaurants and boutiques for when you need a break from the sun or a change of pace.

Have a good friend that lives out in La and would love to visit her someday

There was a small farmer's market there when I visited.

tt was about 10 years ago, but I remember the atmosphere was fun and full of great energy! My friends and I had a marvelous time!
