Our car got stuck when we rode it, stopping for a driver who decided to run a red light. Can't stop those cars suddenly or else they lock up. We had to walk the rest of the way, fortunately it was on the way down to the Wharf.

This is a hike on the coast of Kauai. Starts on the north side of the island ad It is absolutely beautiful! It's about 11 miles and ends at a private beach. I highly suggest this!

We stayed at Kona Village Resort which is close to and, I think, owned by Four Seasons. It is quiet and refined. Demographically, slightly on the older side though.
Definitely take some time to walk around the mall. It's quite large, but I'd recommend heading over in the direction of the capitol, or going over to the Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam Memorial area.
Nothing says Fourth of July more than watching fireworks in the nation's capitol among historical monuments. Be prepared to go through security, but it's well worth it.
you would think there would be tons of nice beaches in the keys. but, we saw mostly mangroves. going through islamorada felt like going through modesto, but a fishing town. we still loved the keys though.
There are a few public beaches in the Keys check out Anne's Beach, Sombrero Beach and Bahia Honda State Park. They won't be winning any awards or anything but they aren;t that bad.
