One of my most favorite places. Unlike any other place we have been. Finding your way around takes alot of concetration, so my husband navigated while I people watched, shopped for glassware and bought a lace handkerchief for my daughter for her future wedding.
One of my favorite museums in the world. It's nice going there with a Museum Pass so you can avoid museum fatigue by taking breaks away from the museum and then go back for more.
This is a vacation all by itself, one could spend months in here, Don't sit outside and lean on the glass pyramid, It is'nt allowed as we found out., even for a picture.
This is a re-creation of the ballroom at the Hotel de Wendel and it's even more amazing in person than it is in the photo. A real must-see if you're in town.
Ohhhhhhh MG! If you are a fan of Marie Antoinette (and who isn't, really?), you MUST check this out. This is where she was held before being sent to the guillotine. Some of the displays of prisoners look like the windows of Ralph Lauren but whatever--it's the way the French do things.
Although they have boutiques and kiosks all over the city, don't miss seeing their storefront at this location. Whether you have a sweet tooth or not this is one of THE classic buildings in Paris and something everyone should see.
