This is the nicer restaurant at the Grand Wailea, which is next door to the Four Seasons. If you don't want to eat at the Four Seasons, but don't want to drive. Nice place for a romantic walk down the beach to dinner. Good food and setting.
the atmosphere is wonderful. Part of it is open air with views of the fish in the lagoon. The food was good but not the best we had on the island. Definitely a Hawaiian experience.
Jumping from a boat into the huge waves to get to hot springs beach was most memorable: "You can't do this in the US," said hubby thinking about safety standards.
Well, just because it's a little contrived doesn't mean it's not fun. It's part of the Harry Potter part of the park but for my money, this is more Mary Poppins than Harry Potter.
While it may look more hi-tech pharmacy than candy store, we assure you, all you'll find in here are sweets. You do, however, get to put all your goodies in a pill jar and label the contents. And no, we don't think insurance will cover this.
This cathedral is absolutely breathtaking. Just be aware of the folks who may be trying to tie something around your hand while you're taking photos outside to "bless" you or something like that -- it'll cost ya!
