This is definitely a must! Hands down the best Disney show so far. They don't have it every night during the winter but when they have Friday & weekend hours they do (weather permitting). There are different seating areas (hence the ticketing) but really there isn't a bad seat for this show! You definitely have to get FASTPASS tickets as soon as you get to the California Adventure park (they're free, but on a first-come, first serve basis), unless you plan to purchase a dinner package (which might be better if your'e with the family).
