This place is stunning and although it's hard to see the clock in the back is really beautiful. The statues beside them are called Gog and Magog.

The Cirque show "Iris" is amazing. All the wonders/theatrics of a terrific Cirque show; set against the classic glamorous hollywood back drop of 1940's (my interpretation)

Go for the architecture as well as the art. Great views of L.A.

Another uber romantic hot-spot. The Farmer's Market has a plethora of great food options and for relatively cheap. They also have karaoke night sometimes, too. Woot for free entertainment!

HI Olav, We stayed at the Excaliber in Vegas in August. It was great. Cheaper if you book online than when you get there. Watch for deals. We even got an upgrade when we got there. Make sure you get one of the rooms with views of the Strip and the Bellagio fountains. I think it's the west tower that has the best views. If you get the corner wrap around balcony it's really a breathtaking view.

We ended up getting a great deal at the Luxor, since it's March Madness, the rooms almost doubled in price. We were lucky to get three nights for under $300. We did look at the Cosmo and I definitely want to stay there one of these days.

It's ok. Not as amazing as it looks like on TV, but nice to have been there once in your life.

1973 we were near it and saw it from outside.

The gardens are amazing, needed to come back a few more days to wander around and generally laze about in Spring.
