It was flooded when I was there so we had to take these walkways over the puddles. They did not look sturdy but that did not stop the hundreds making their way across the square - me included.

Sloane will dig all the sights and sounds, even at her age. We got Tatum an awesome hat there that she plays with to this day. Makes for great pics too.

The best is the "pique nique" during summer and see the tower lights every hour.

We bought a sandwich on top and enjoyed the view.

OK, I'm going to say it: This is the most beautiful art deco building on in the world. Saw my very first movie ever here--don't think I was really old enough to appreciate the architecture, though.
