We went and had a great time letting the monkeys climb all over us as we fed them bananas. Definitely a one of a kind experience.

I had a great time here but my husband was totally horrified when a monkey attacked him.

Play a battle of wits with the monkeys here..don't let them take your hat! And they make funny poses, too!

Blarney Castle, home of the Blarney Stone.

Awesome spot. Worth checking out Ston Easton which is a hotel -- former estate nearby.

They say that every time you go there it's like visiting something new, as the cathedral is constantly changing, century after century!

second most beautiful city in europe imho

Houses the St Vitus Cathedral which in turn houses what is my favourite stained glass window. Also houses the Chapel of St. Wenceslas and the burial places of many Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors. Fantastic example of Gothic architecture.

Go on early on a weekday out of season. The woods can become choked with noisy tourists on summer weekends.

If it's late they might let you in gratis: Cathedral Grove in waning sunlight is awe-some beyond any man-made cathedral.

While crossing this street after a rain, I slipped and fell in front of oncoming traffic. (it's such a wide street!) Thank heaven the taxi was able to stop. And the pharmacist at a pharmacy nearby bandaged up my elbow. I had braced to be hit by a car and die.
