Boudin's sourdough bread bowl of chowder. Lact-ovo vegetarioan friendly option tomato bisque, although croutons seem redundant in a bread bowl, they are crispy delicious.

Not a huge fan of the Del. It's a nice place but the rooms are small, as you'd expect from an older hotel, and it's expensive. There's a newer section (maybe built in the '80s?) that's a little better. They also just built some amazing new villas on the north side, but I haven't been in those.

We love it here especially during Christmas time. There is ice skating while looking out at the beach

If you go to this haunted hotel, stop by 1500 Ocean for a three star meal.

You have to check out the new Star Tours! I believe there are 4 different "trips" now.

I never feel as if I've arrived in Paris until 1) I've smelled the diesel fuel in the metro and 2) I have shoes covered in white powder from the gravel at the Tuileries. Really there are no words for how breathtaking the stretch from the Louvre to the Place de la Concorde is. Also, riding bikes down the mountain from the volcano is great fun too.

This is a GREAT hike and a must do in Hawaii. My favorite thing is to be there at sunrise, as there's nothing quite like it. Keep in mind it will be very cold, so take blankets from the hotel or bring a warm jacket. It can be in the 30's in the morning.

Always worth a trip to Haleakala Crater...but do it early in the trip before you adjust too much for the time zone change - makes it easier to wake up and get up to the top for sunrise...not to be missed on Maui!
