2011- we went to the Terraces of the Duomo. One of the highlights of A and J 's Summer adventure.

Madame Tussauds - the ultimate tourist attraction. I wish they had more of the behind-the-scenes stuff. That was more interesting to me than just looking at figures.

1982 - the most compelling images there then was Sleeping Beauty and the Jack the Ripper alley. goose bumps and I still remember!

Met some Swedish Harry Potter-heads here who didn't speak English. Still became friends.

This particular one is technically installed outside of the train station to look like one. In 1982, without the Pyramid by I.M. Pei and then again in 1999 and then in 201....3 times....but always wanted to go back to see the Winged Victory, Venus de Milo, Delacroix and Gericults' paintings: Liberty Leading the People and the Raft of Medusa.

Yes, but the dream can be a nightmare in August at 95 degrees and people cramming that beautiful hallway of art shoulder to shoulder. BY the way At that time of year once you get in, there s no way out so count on hours of human traffic jams and peering over shoulders to get a glimpse of art.
