I'm sorry I'm just not a fan of this whole area. Waaay too many tourists and not the cleanest part of the city. While it offers great views I'd skip on a short trip.

Magnificent. It is located near the French Quarter with Hot Jazz at Le Cave. There is a cafe across from Notre Dame that is open 24 hours.

I will take my girl friend there

If you haven't seen the water show up close, it's definitely worth slotting some time for. Seeing pictures or video doesn't convey the magnitude of the show.

HI Olav, We stayed at the Excaliber in Vegas in August. It was great. Cheaper if you book online than when you get there. Watch for deals. We even got an upgrade when we got there. Not sure if you like roller coasters, but this one is pretty sweet!! I always liked it.

War Horse or Wicked would be my preference, but if nobody is interested in either of those, I could be talked into being dragged along to one of the others.

We love going to the theatre. Our girls have seen a few shows and the memories are forever :)

Sloane will dig all the sights and sounds, even at her age. We got Tatum an awesome hat there that she plays with to this day. Makes for great pics too.

Walk to chinatown in the in the morning
