The "Spa Grande" is one of the better spas in the world. So if you and/or the lady want to hit a spa, this is probably a better option than the Four Seasons (and its right next door and an easy walk down the beach). Can you imagine anything more romantic than being curled up with your sweetheart in this?

Warm tones and sleek lines give this hotel a sophisticated, sexy feel that's not unlike the city itself.

In addition to the novelty of having a giraffe occasionally peek through the windows, this hotel is an absolute stunner. It was built in the 1930s and has a wonderfully cozy charm about it. This is definitely on my bucket list.

Amazingly, this scene is the rule, not the exception at the aptly named Giraffe Manor so make sure you have some treats handy!

With its clean, sexy lines, and warm Asian decor, this is an exceptionally hot hotel in an especially hot city.

Equipped with just about every possible kind of lounger you can imagine, this is the perfect place to spend your day doing nothing more strenuous than watching the waves. If you just can't get yourself to go inside, keep in mind they also have outdoor showers.

Imagine spending the evening out here with your sweetie, having a glass of wine and enjoying the breeze! The hotel itself looks like a Ralph Lauren ad; not surprising considering how much Ralph loves his Bermuda!

Once of my fave Ny haunts is Bemelman's Bar...it doesn't get much better.

In addition to insanely incredible views of the city, the Carlyle also has one of the most storied histories in this or any other city. And if you time your stay right, you may even get a glimpse of Woody Allen who regularly plays clarinet in the hotel's bar.

How's this for romantic: you can actually see the Taj Mahal from some of the rooms. Doesn't get better than that, now, does it?

This hotel's clean, minimalist lines give you the sense that anything could happen. The tubs are the hotel's jewel in the crown, having been modeled after cappuccino cups.

Loved Turks and Caicos, expensive, but awesome!

Loved Provo, Taylor Bay was an awesome beach and very private.

If you're getting married in the winter you could probably come up with no more romantic place to spend a honeymoon. Rustic but chic, this is an incredibly cosy little hotel.
