Great place for people watching at the beach

Lapa is a ridiculous party neighbourhood. Friday night parties in Lapa are off the hook... hop from bar to bar drinking cheap caiprinhas or just stand in the street and watch the mayhem unfold.

about an hour and half bus away then an hour boat. awesome rastafarian laid back buzz... don't count on internet... Check out praia lopes mendes. Awesome beach.
