Great park to explore. Avalanche Lake Trail on the West side and Iceberg Lake on the East side are a must see

Interestingly, you can either camp here or stay in one of the park lodges, both of which are gorgeous. They look more like they belong in quaint little Swiss villages, not rugged Montana, though.

This is a GREAT visit. Just try and get there early morning for most activity. If you land in the afternoon, the bison will be chilling out due to the high sun. Also, hit the California Academy of Sciences while you're there, as well as the Japanese tea garden right next door! One of my favoriteThis is a GREAT visit.
