If you haven't seen the water show up close, it's definitely worth slotting some time for. Seeing pictures or video doesn't convey the magnitude of the show.
The lion's feet at the bottom of this are amazing! Would love to also see the frescoes here as well. Also would love to see the rock that's polished so well legend has it you can see your face in it.
This is part of the famed Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim hike. While it may be the Grandaddy of hikes, it's not for everyone--the Canyon can be relatively punishing so just make sure you're prepared.
Somehow every time I've made this drive I've screwed up and ended up driving at night...and yet somehow it was still stunning. Not a ton of diversity in it (not like you'll be going through lots of towns or residential areas), but it's still gorgeous.
The ruins of the capital built by the parricidal King Kassapa I (477–95) lie on the steep slopes and at the summit of a granite peak standing some 370 m high (the 'Lion's Rock', which dominates the jungle from all sides). One of 8 World Heritage Sites in Sri Lanka!

Rising from the ashes of a not-quite-compelling-enough club is Victor Drai's latest wonder, a dance emporium that bests most competitors by playing a wider variety of music—even rock.

HI Olav, We stayed at the Excaliber in Vegas in August. It was great. Cheaper if you book online than when you get there. Watch for deals. We even got an upgrade when we got there. Four pools which are the best in Las Vegas. Downstairs in Dicks restaurant. You go there to be abused. We had so much HI Olav, We stayed at the Excaliber in Vegas in August. It was great. You go there to be abused. We had so much fun. Even Knut. They made him a paper penis hat and put 'Viva Viagra' on it. It is loud but so much fun. Good time of year to go. We were there last January too. Gotta see Freemont Street. It is our favourite place to go. Hope you have a wonderful time there. This hotel is at the begiinning of the strip, so if you want to be further along, around the middle, I would say Treasure Island area.…see moresee less
Make sure you get one of the rooms with views of the Strip and the Bellagio fountains. I think it's the west tower that has the best views. If you get the corner wrap around balcony it's really a breathtaking view.
We ended up getting a great deal at the Luxor, since it's March Madness, the rooms almost doubled in price. We were lucky to get three nights for under $300. We did look at the Cosmo and I definitely want to stay there one of these days.
