Herbivore manages to make a lot of traditional American dishes vegan. I'm especially a fan of their vegan mac n cheese and tofu scrambles. Also, their heavenly cakes will leave you wondering how it's possible that they're vegan.
This is an upscale veggie joint. It's so good though, that even meat eaters appreciate it enough to make reservations weeks in advance -- necessary for Millenium.

I found their food to be incredibly flavorful, and I could not get enough of their Sangria. The Turnip Truck Urban Fare is a grocery store with hot and cold food bars with great vegan dishes for those who need instant gratification for their bellies.
Don't be fooled by this small, little vegan Indian spot tucked inside a random building. They serve quality food that's near-Indian street food style, and the best part -- you pay street food prices, too!
