This hotel just re-opened after a multi-million dollar renovation. They hired famous Australian artists and commissioned them to create paintings and sculptures just for this hotel!

Here's my criteria for a worthy splurge: a great hotel (with a spa) that has windows that go from ceiling to floor and oh, just happen to give you a perfect view of the Sydney Opera House.

This is a big hot spot and a gorgeous place to have dinner.

Nothing better than a couple of drinks before a swim.

This was the winner of a huge competition. Love the whimsy of it!

Great place to stroll. Take a lunch and enjoy in the gardens before/after walking by the opera house.

If I were to envision a dream apartment location it would look exactly like this. In fact, I'm envisioning it right this minute.
