Ethan Stowell's 'fun' restaurant! Really amazing food at reasonable prices. This is the one restaurant that I really can't wait to go back to.

One of my favorite Ethan Stowell restaurants. Everything is amazing, so you can't go wrong with whatever you pick.

delicious steaks! when we were up there for the USC v Washington game we went here back to back nights for dinner. The use some type of wood grill i think... oak or mesquite i think. Jasmine would love a burger if you wanted to take down a steak.

The home base of Mario Batali's dad's cured Italian meats. C’mon! How cool is that?!

When I had the sandwich there I said, this is the best sandwich I've ever had. I still think it's the best sandwich I ever had. The line wasn't too long but even if it's an hour wait, it's worth it. The lady also gave me some free samples for wearing a Supersonics shirt hahah

Grab one of their chef's hats as a souvenir while you're at it! I wouldn't say it's the In N Out of Seattle, but they do have similar cult following.

Amazing place. If you like oysters - this is a must. 5000 word feature in the NYtimes on this restaurant. Proprietor Renee Erikson is so talented and wonderful. Best cocktails in Seattle - try the mustache ride (my favorite).

When it comes to Seattle’s food scene, it’s all about Tom Douglas. Food and Wine named Dahlia Lounge the "Quintessential Seattle" restaurant in 1999...well over a decade later, that still rings true.
