I love Joe's. Probably my favorite restaurant. No joke. Great food, service, etc. The original is in Miami, and 2 more in Chicago and Vegas. The stone crab are phenomenal (I go medium or select sized), and I think they have the best steaks anywhere. Stone crabs > chopped lettuce, tomato, onion I love Joe's. oh... also the Joe's Tomatoes are my favorite. Tomatoes with pesto and melted cheese on top... awesome.

This is the same as Joe's in Miami Beach. It's an institution down there. Great stone crab and some of the best steaks i've ever had. Not a true chicago establishment (since it's origin is Miami) but a solid choice nonetheless.

Worth it to pop in for a drink and the food is good, but i prefer some other spots to eat. It is in a lively area on Rush with lots of bars & restaurants around.

Totally random, but we used to walk and drive by this place all the time and it didn't matter if it was summer or the dead of winter, there was always a huge line outside. For popcorn. Couldn't figure it out. Then one day Theresa and I waited in line for a half hour to get some. It's delicious. Great wine list, fantastic food.

Next door to Gibson's. Same food and less expensive. Different vibe than Gibson's, but also a good choice.

Same food as Gibson's steak house, but easier to get a table and maybe cheaper. Good spot.

If you want Chicago style pizza, this is the only option, IMO.

Pizzeria Uno is also a good option. Same restuarant/owners, just different name. Right down the street.

The only place to get Chicago style pizza. Some say Geno's East (not a big fan), some say Giordano's (not a bad option), but Pizzeria Due is tops. Except a long wait. Call or put in your name and stroll around the city.

Good location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Good bar, etc.

That's not a bad location, especially if you have a hookup. Easy cab ride to most of my recs.

Supposedly the largest stained glass Tiffany dome in the world, the dome in Preston Bradley Hall is the site of everything from art exhibits to lectures. Containing 30,000 pieces of glass, the dome underwent a restoration in 2008.

This is the largest Tiffany glass dome in the world. Aside from that the building is a fantastic resource if you're visiting for the first time.
