This James Beard favorite has amazing dishes all around! From appetizers to desserts and drinks, they do everything well.

Now this is my idea of an incredible class trip: a visit to a candy museum! In addition to showcasing candy-making equipment, they also display all kinds of interesting tins and boxes from candies that are long gone.
