I grew up cheering for the Yankees, so watching them play on their home turf brings back good memories. Be sure to check out Lobel's for a steak sandwich with olive spread all on a warm bun. It's the best.
I swear that Doug and Bryan of Big Gay Ice Cream are having more fun than anyone I know in the food biz. These guys have a stellar product (soft serve ice cream and other homemade treats) and are two of the funniest people I've met in awhile. No Minnesota summer is complete without a visit to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. Great place to bring the family on a beautiful afternoon. The art is really cool. Plus, it's home to the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry.
Such a beautiful park located right on San Francisco Bay. I always want to watch a homer fly into the water. If you’re here you’ve got to try the Gilroy Garlic Fries. There is nothing like them anywhere else. Warning: they've got some kick!
Yes, you can find gourmet food from a truck. Odd Duck is proof. Owned & operated by the same folks at Barley Swine, this might be my favorite food truck in the country. I loved their goat-cheese cheese grits with duck egg, venison sausage and mushrooms.
One of my favorite ballparks in the country. The lights, the Green Monster, it's just fantastic. Before the game, I try to stop by the vendors on Lansdowne Street for an Italian sausage. They're made on flat griddles and loaded with onions, peppers and tasty sauces.
I'm a sports geek, so I was thrilled when my home team got a new stadium. It's one of the best in the country. When I go to a game I always head to the Kramarczuk's stand for one of their fantastic sausages.
